Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing view or by emailing nova@novalegerpro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: we don't offer partial-month refunds. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.
• Charged by mistake? If you were billed in error (duplicate charge, charged after canceling), email us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a full refund.
• 14-day trial: the trial is free — if you never subscribed, there's nothing to refund.

What happens to your data

After cancellation, your account switches to read-only. Your data stays intact — resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off, or email us to delete everything.
